What if I have a question?
Our knowledge base has a listing of FAQ’s, and you can message our support team directly through the website during business hours. You can also flag questions for discussion with the attorney and leave a note to make sure it’s addressed in your call.
How is this different from other online services like LegalZoom?
Our approach is to remove the friction from the process while improving the quality.
Unlike other services, our documents have been assembled from decades of experience working with some of the most recognized trust & estate counselors in the nation. And, unlike other services, your documents are individually reviewed by a highly experienced estate planning attorney. After the review is complete, you receive a one-on-one call to help address any questions and make sure you understand your choices in the documents.
What do I need to get started?
Creating a set of core documents for you and your family means making some of the most important decisions of your life.
